As yesterday, up unfeasibly early and working on the new performance project, revamping backing tracks...

Again, with those on the cans, it was off to the gym...

Again, back home for breakfast then some singing to determine how the new tracks worked...

Again, some of them didn’t – but fewer didn’t than yesterday...

Then, off to Glasgow for the day...

Firstly, to Byres Road where cats were seen...

...and Fopp was, of course, visited and discs by LCD Soundsystem, Threnody Ensemble and Barenaked Ladies were purchased, before we coffee’d and sandwiched at the Beanscene...

Took the subway into the centre, where further purchases were made at the main branch of Fopp, with Tubes and Buggles also joining the fray at Missing...

Then, I did something out of character (after purchasing a shoulder bag to carry all my CDs in) – I went shopping for clothes...

A new casual jacket and a short coat were procured – tasty...

Met with Annie at Bar ten for a Strawberry Cider and a G&T...

She had spent her recent gambling winnings on a fine pair of boots...

Walked up to Sauchiehall Street...

...and stopped off in Budda Bar (sic) for more drinks, before popping round the corner to recommended Italian, Sannino...

...for gorgeous pasta and pizza - followed by a couple of cappuccinos...

On the walk back to the subway, I noted this poster...

Drove home to the excellent sounds of The Tubes and sampled the rest of today’s purchases, before retiring around 12:30 am - having made some ticket bookings...

A long, enjoyable day....

Highlight of the Day : Shopping...

Hi David,
I know this isn't the appropriate forum to ask this, but I ordered the new CD plus 2 others on the 31st August and not received them. I also emailed "Orders@crispycat.com" about shipment but no response. Can you help? Barrie.
