"As some of you are aware, I am taking part in the Ben Nevis Hiking Challenge in June 2012.

My reason for taking part in this challenge is to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support and in memory of my work colleague and friend Pam Deacon, who passed away in Dec 2011.
